Stayed here in December- during Christmas time. Rooms are small. Not as large as shown in pics. The TV remote would not work, glad that they got it rectified. The shower head does not work well. No place to keep the shower gel/soap or shampoo while taking a shower. Room cleaning was like an option. They did not come and ask if needed cleaning. Water was provided only on request. Not as a standard daily refill. It was a tight fit room. Hardly any walking room for the cost they charge. Breakfast was decent, but on the last day since the cook did not come there was hardly anything, options available looked like a day’s prior food. Reception Staff was courteous though, some positive points to note.

Best hospitality ever but some issues like some guests didn't check out on time so we wait long time in their lobby. Rooms are awesome also washroom too. Their management is not so good actually.

It is a Great Hotel! The Service is Great but the location is kinda in a Dark Area.Don’t believe the Google Reviews because those are Few years Old.Btw you guys should keep a Balcony is every Room

Went there on jan 3rd 2023... Reception was managed by people who never has bit of experience on hospitality. They were rubbish and rude behavior. Restaurant had buffet breakfast with room but they served like a-la-cart. Not satisfying at all. All can be ok, main problem is there reception they are unfriendly and rude ppl.

I checked in to a deluxe room at Hotel Emirates for 2 days. It was a very good experience. Room, breakfast and staff behavior was very good.👍👍

Superb superb stay ,I have stayed 2 nights only, really I feel very happy from the check in process to check out, it was so smooth and clean, they have so many varieties of foods r there in the buffet, as well the lunch and dinner was too delicious😋 just woww type of test it was, really amazing👍 The every staffs r well behaved and well treind, Front Desks r so cool and polite. The hotel is too clean and hiegeny.. In an one word it was amazing experience

Hotel Emirates was highly disappointing. The room was tiny with no form of ventilation. The AC was not working properly and leaking water. The bathroom was dirty and smelly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Worst decision.
